Established by the Bloomfield Laser Clinic in 1997 by Dr Julian Handley MD FRCP who is currently the Head Dermatology Clinician, and Director of the Northern Ireland Regional Skin Laser Centre at the Ulster Hospital, Belfast. The facility is a proud member of the Eastern Health and Social Services Board and BUPA which offers Laser and Intense Pulsed Light services in treating brown marks, acne, hair removal (both caucasian and dark skin).
