Patient centred services of a high standard are provided at the two clinics run by this NHS primary healthcare practice. The clinics are located at Stone and Barlaston in Staffordshire. Home visits are arranged for housebound patients by the team. Written requests for repeat prescriptions are provided under the supervision of the doctor.
