Rachel Barry has trained with the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland, and the World Health Organisation (WHO) Training University in Nanjing, China.

While treating patients with Acupuncture, Rachel observed that a lot of her patients had conditions that could not be treated by acupuncture alone, such as Digestive Health Problems, Allergies, Brain Fog, unexplained Pains & Aches, Headaches, Dizziness, Thyroid issues, Chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia. This led her to investigate Nutritional Science further, and she completed an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Coaching from the Irish Institute of Health & Nutrition in Wicklow in 2013.  Rachel has found that combing Acupuncture and Nutritional science to patient care had increased successful outcomes considerably. 

 Harmony Acupuncture also offers Food Intolerance Testing for either 50, 75. 100 or 150 foods.

Rachel is a registered member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association (AFPA) in Ireland and the European Traditional Chinese Medicine Association (ETCMA). She is also a registered member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI).
