Wendy qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1982 where she gained experience in Intensive Care and Neurology before undertaking a Beauty Therapy course in 1986.  She taught beauty therapy whilst studying for a teaching qualification at Hatfield University in  1987.

She is a member of The British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

In October 2011 Wendy completed her Independent Nurse Prescribing (NIP) award from Hertfordshire University.

A combination of nursing, beauty therapy and teaching easily led to her 11 year full time position of Medical Aesthetic Practitioner at the London Day Surgery Centre and now works from Chanctonbury Way in North London.

For 20 years she has specialised in:-

- scar improvement

- removal of leg spider veins using sclerotherapy 

- removal of skin tags, seborrhoeic warts, milia 

- the removal/improvement of lines and wrinkles 

- lip enhancements/symmetry

- face lift using PDO threads

- Profhilo for skin hydration, colllagen and elastin production

- facial sculpturing/volumising using the Phi facial mapping technique

- skin pigmentation problems 

- use of specialised skin products
