This three site general medical practice runs its primary clinic at North Shields in Tyne and Wear and two branch clinics and Tynemouth and Hadrian Park at Wallsend in Tyne and Wear. The aim of the team at all the clinics is to provide continuing care of a high standard to patients for their long term health and wellbeing. Home visits are offered for bed bound and home bound patients. Repeat prescription requests are accepted. Services offered include general NHS health checks for patients of all ages, immunizations and travel vaccines and a full range of NHS healthcare services.
