Description
Family friendly, personal and effective healthcare is provided at the five clinics run by this GP practice group. The clinics are located at Chesterfield Town Centre, Staveley, Inkersall, Barrow Hill and Grangewood in Derbyshire. Telephone advice is offered and home visits are arranged for housebound patients or those who are too ill to travel to the clinics. Written requests for repeat prescriptions are accepted. Services provided include NHS general health examinations for patients of all ages, childhood and adult immunizations and travel vaccinations, family planning assistance including emergency contraception, counselling and minor surgical procedures.
