Established in 1976, Ashwood Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre specialises in spinal problems like prolapsed or bulging discs, sciatica, neck and back pain and/or stiffness, joint problems like osteoarthritis or rheumatiod arthritis, pain, swelling, and stiffness in joints, soft tissue injuries like golfer\'s and tennis elbow, housemaid\'s knee, injuries to muscles and ligaments. The qualified therapists here also provide postural rehabilitation and core stability exercises. The facility has wheelchair access for the disabled and ample free parking for all.
