Our osteopaths work with you to find the underlying cause to you complaint. A thorough assessment your condition is performed at the first appointment and a treatment plan is formulated which is explained to the patient. Treatment sessions are scheduled after the explanation to help with the condition or disorder, suffered by the patient.


Acupuncture works by stimulating key points on the body known as pressure points, to re-balance the flow of energy and alleviate pain or discomfort. This stimulation is often done with needles lightly penetrating the skin, and the patient will often rest for a short period of time whilst relaxing music is played.


Counselling can help you work towards living a more healthy and positive lifestyle. We are here to help you explore your feelings and emotions with a view to leading a more positive way of life.The aim is for you to understand yourself better and help you experience life in a way which you find more comfortable and fulfilling, and to discover the real you.
