Description

My name’s Helen Taylor and I’m a fully qualified aesthetic practitioner and permanent makeup artist.

I love my job and put all my effort into making sure that my clients are comfortable and confident when coming to me for treatment.

My career and experience span more than 12 years, and I trained under the most elite names in the business, including Karen Betts and Bridgette Softley. My previous training includes VTCT level 2, 3 in Beauty and Level 4 in Micropigmentation as well as Anaphylaxis training, Anti Wrinkle injections & Fillers, Paramedical tattooing, Mesotherapy, Laser Tattoo Removal, Scar work and Scalp Pigmentation.

I am always seeking to keep my experience and knowledge up to date, which is why my list of qualifications is so extensive!

I help people from all walks of life to look and feel beautiful, using semi-permanent and permanent makeup treatments for both cosmetic and medical clients.

My range of treatments include advanced aesthetics, such as treatment for hair loss, paramedical and correctional procedures.

What is PDO thread-lifting?

Otherwise known as ‘the lunch-time face-lift’, PDO thread-lifting has become a popular option for anyone who wants to look younger without resorting to the scalpel. Using micro-fine needles, tiny threads are inserted into the skin to form a mesh that stimulates collagen production. The threads themselves are made from an absorbable compound called polydioxanone (similar to that used in surgical sutures), and dissolve after around six months, leaving a matrix of newly-generated collagen in their place. So while it seems like an artificial procedure, PDO thread-lifting is really just an effective way of harnessing the body’s natural skin-rejuvenating process.

Who is it good for?

The procedure is ideal for anyone aged 30 years upwards who wants to achieve a more youthful appearance. The procedure can be used to tackle all the tell-tale signs of ageing from crow’s-feet to naso-labial and marionette lines (which run down from the nose and mouth and contribute to so-called bitchy resting face). PDO Thread-lifts are also excellent for treating jowls and a sagging neck, as they help kill off fat cells, giving you an extra firming effect in this area and a more defined jaw. If you want the benefits of a face-lift without the upheaval of surgery, then this is the procedure for you.

Dermal Fillers

This is a highly sophisticated, contemporary skin needling treatment suitable for all skin types. Using titanium needles, the treatment works to rejuvenate and repair skin by increasing the levels of collagen and elastin present, smoothing out wrinkles and fine lines. Clients will enjoy a fresher, more youthful appearance with long-lasting results. It can also be used to reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks.

Redensity – Under Eye Circles

If you’ve got dark circles under your eyes, you’ll know just how much these can sap your confidence. Redensity treatments restore the skin’s ability to naturally reflect light and give a real boost to your appearance and your confidence. Treatments can also be used to combat open pores, dehydrated and dull complexions, sagging skin (on the neck, hands and face) and scarring.

Permanent Cosmetics

There is an alternative to spending your precious time every day applying and reapplying cosmetics.

Permanent makeup is your answer

When you have long-lasting eyebrows, eyeliner and lip colour it really can help improve your self-confidence as well as saving you time and effort.

You’ll have the effect of perfectly-applied makeup all the time and the best thing is… it lasts and lasts, whatever you’re doing!

Cosmetic tattooing, also known as semi-permanent makeup or micro-pigmentation, deposits pigments in the dermal layer of your skin.

I look forward to meeting you

Kind regards

Helen Taylor
