Drawing on over 2,000 years of Far Eastern medical practice and philosophy, we look after every aspect of your wellbeing by providing therapies to treat illness, classes to maintain health, and workshops for wellbeing.

We also have a lovely shop where you can find healthy living teas, herbal infusions, speciality and luxury teas, exquisite fine teas, traditional Chinese and Japanese tea ware, and other lovely things.

All our practitioners and instructors have extensive training in Far Eastern healthcare and philosophy, creating a powerhouse of expertise to help and support you.
