Hi there I am a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people to lose weight for good! We will work together on creating your nutrition plan and focus time on ensuring a change of mindset and behaviours long term. The goal is that you not just lose the weight but feel confident that you will keep it off long term, by yourself. An improved perception about yourself and your relationship with food will mean you will never have to \"diet\" again. I work with women and men of all ages, weights and schedules!
