Description

Viru Dental Clinic is the newest dental care center offering full-scale service29.04.2005.  “There are several dental care clinics in Tallinn, but only a few of them offer full-scale service. We are not oriented towards wealthier patients only, but to all who need dental treatment, because our aim is to a family-oriented dental clinic,” said Dr. Timo Paberit, who is the director of the Viru Dental Clinic opened this week. “That is why our slogan is also simple and human – a smile is for everyone!” Stomatologic full-scale service includes all aspects of general dentistry and oral surgery, ranging from treatment of the most common dental cavities and root canal treatment to areas of implantology and laser dentistry that are still in a developing state in Estonia. Free appointments for the first 200 people “Due to the reason that the dental health of the Estonian people is not excessively good and many people still lack their own dentist, we decided to offer free check-ups in our clinic in May – this way anyone can have an overview of their dental health status and see whether any cavities are present. A dental check-up lasts for 10-15 minutes and at the end of the visit the dentist also gives the patient a short written conclusion of their dental health status. Still, there is also a limit to our working capacities; therefore, we have set a limit of free check-ups to 200 visits, so it’s first come, first served!” The new clinic has four dental chairs and a laser treatment cabinet. The staff consists of seven dentists as well as nurses and registrars. The Viru Dental Clinic is located in Tallinn at Narva mnt. 1, on the 2nd floor of the Post Office with an entrance on the side adjacent to Viru Väljak.
