They are also attached to multispecialty hospitals like Fortis (headed by Ranbaxy) as visiting faculty. Charak Clinics has a fully equipped eye OPD and Operation theatre built according to the specifications for an Eye OT with latest equipment for eye surgery like Carl Zeiss microscopeand Diplomax II (Advanced Medical Optics) Phacoemulsification machine. Diplomax II is the latest machine for Phacoemulsification from AMO (USA) i.e. the leading manufacturer of Phaco machines. 

Our clinic has qualified nursing staff (Multipurpose health worker) that are trained in both Pediatric and Ophthalmic procedures. We provide both day care and indoor admission facility as needed. Since start in my practice I have conducted various camps and have already done a large number of eye surgeries in Charak Clinics. Dr. Poonam Gupta and Dr. Gaurav Gupta are already registered as AMA for all Central Government employees in CGHS. Since setting up my practice I have been getting quite a few corporate patients & their dependants from various corporate for eye treatment and surgeries, and NRIs for getting their eye surgeries done. 

We have a tie up with local hospitals too for getting LASIK done at comfortable surroundings at extremely competitive prices. Dr. Poonam Gupta, ophthalmologist-in-charge has tremendous experience in diagnosis of vision disorders and using the latest equipments has been able to create a state of the art infrastructure for providing the ideal conditions for diagnosis and management of all types of eye diseases.
