Core Physio was founded in 2002, out of the concept of providing the very best in physiotherapy and personal training.
Our state of the art centre located within Hamilton Academical Football Stadium in South Lanarkshire, has three private consultancy rooms and a fully equipped fitness suite for personal training and rehabilitation
Injuries come in many forms and can affect any part of the body. Some are mild sprains or strains to joints and muscles, such as ankles and thighs or you may have a more serious re-occurring back problem. With our individual hands-on treatment and experience we can find the cause, fix the injury and prevent it happening again.
