I am a one of the only therapists in Birmingham specialising in providing safe & effective Pregnancy Massage & Maternity (Pregnancy) Reflexology. I have over 18 years experience treating women who have gynaecological problems, are trying to conceive or going through the menopause.  I’ve also treated countless pregnant women providing care and support from preconception, throughout pregnancy, birthing preparation and postnatal care.  All therapies are safe from the first trimester.

MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY (60 Mins £40, 30 Mins £25)
A wonderful form of reflexology used from conception to birthing preparation.  Some pregnant women suffer experience unpleasant symptoms & reflexology may help. Because of the additional training I have undertaken (with an experienced midwife/reflexologist) this therapy is entirely safe and beneficial & can be very effective.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE (90 Mins £55 60 Mins £40, 30 Mins)
A lovely, safe & effective treatment to receive & it has lots of benefits such as reducing the aches & pains associated with pregnancy, reducing swelling in ankles, feet & hands and relaxing & is de-stressing for you & your baby. By combining massage with the therapeutic qualities of essential oils (that are safe to use in pregnancy,) the healing of the body, mind & spirit is promoted. The treatment is taken in a safe side lying position & you are given plenty of pillows & specialist cushions to make you & your bump as comfortable as possible.

60 MINUTE PREGNANCY PACKAGE
