Both of Serenity\'s professionally registered aesthetic nurse practitioners have received world-class, certified, medical aesthetics training from renowned industry professionals on Harley Street, London. Victoria & Shaun are both hold advanced training in the administration of wrinkle relaxing injections & dermal fillers. Medical micro-needling & chemical peels are also offered.

Upon arrival

You will be greeted in reception by helpful staff who will be happy to hang your coat and show you to our waiting area. If you prefer, you can order a drink at the bar and sit on the roof terrace. During your consultation we will be introduced to all of the treatment options available to you, how they work and what you can expect during and after treatment. We take the time to answer any questions you will have. Digital consultation software on an iPad is used to gather all of the information needed and take photos of before & after any treatments you may have, this is useful during review appointments to see final results. Going digital has allowed us to massively reduce the amount of paper we use & so help the environment. Before leaving the clinic you will be given a aftercare advice sheet & contact numbers for out of hours advice should you have any further questions or concerns. All treatments include a two week review appointment to check progress and ensure that you are satisfied with your treatments, this is usually booked before you leave.
