Having listened to your needs and discussed your expectations, we will provide you with an individualised treatment plan that will fulfil your expectations and give you the knowledge and confidence you require to feel assured that you are with a safe and professional service.

Importantly, because both Practitioners are Independent Nurse Prescribers, should you wish to proceed with your treatment plan a further consultation with a medical prescriber will not be necessary.
