Five Element Acupuncture is a very specific style of acupuncture which teaches us that every human being has an innate ability to self-heal and return to full health. What makes this ancient system of medicine so uniquely suited to modern life is that physical, emotional and mental are seen as interdependent, and reflect what most people perceive as the connection between the different aspects of their lives.
