Hi, I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Life and Business Coach.  Also a trained Supervisor for other Therapists and a member of the CHPA and ICHP.  I provide a safe, comfortable, confidential and non judgmental space for my clients.  I see clients individually, in groups, within companies and at my own private practice.  Clients come to me from all walks of life and I am passionate about helping them make positive personal change.  

Specialising in stress management, anxiety reduction, sleep issues, increasing confidence/self esteem, quit smoking, weight loss and breaking habits.  Whether it is to eliminate fear, feel more calm and in control, gain clarity, or increase motivation, I provide the tools and techniques which my clients master in order to make powerful change.  

I am practicing over 10 years now and my clients age range from 7 years old to 85 years.  It can be a big step finding a therapist that suits your personal needs, so you are very welcome to make an appointment to come in for a chat to find out about what is involved.  

It is wonderful to see clients over the years free themselves from negative thoughts and beliefs, change unwanted behaviour patterns, regaining confidence, feeling happier, coping better and feeling in charge of their lives again.
