The Independent Physiotherapy Service (IPS) - Cardiff is one of our 6 South Wales Physio clinics. It is our flagship clinic and we offer a variety of specialist services from this location including Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Neurological physiotherapy, Elderly Rehabilitation and Falls Prevention, Occupational Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation following Catastrophic Orthopaedic Injuries and Women\'s Health / Men\'s health (chronic pelvic pain, stress incontinence etc).

We offer specialist treatments including cortisone injections and acupuncture. We are particularly proud to offer cortisone injections, as very few private physiotherapy clinics throughout the UK offer this service. This is due to the extensive training that is required and the very strict regulations surrounding the administration of cortisone.

Our clinics are modern and well-equipped. We have access to high quality gym facilities at a number of our locations. 

We offer evening appointments and all of our clinics have free parking and disabled access.

We also offer a home visit service in Cardiff for patients who are unable to attend our clinic.
