the center has two hydro pools both kept at 36 degrees a pool at 40 degrees and a cold water therapy pool at 5 degrees the only one of its kind in this area. we have full changing facilities and a hydro shower. and all usable by all abilities.

the center also has an infra red sauna a stone sauna and steam room for those who need heat therapy or just like to relax after there sessions.
