The Banyan Wellness Center(Burnley, Lancashire)

The Banyan Wellness Center is an Holistic health center offering massage, holistic and wellbeing therapies providing spiritual, emotional and physical well-being to people in and around the local area. We also offer courses, workshops and support groups that run throughout the year.

Having been recently renovated, the center can be described as modern, with a cosy, relaxing environment, where clients, upon entering are able to immediately feel relaxed and at ease, thereby enabling them to gain the most out of their treatments and experiences at The Banyan Wellness Center.

Each treatment room is fully equipped for the individual needs of each practitioner and is private so that each patient may feel confident and secure in their individual consultations.

Although the center is newly established the therapists, practitioners and counsellors working with us are very experienced within their fields and are all fully qualified and registered with the relevant professional bodies.

Although we are able to provide a range of treatments and therapies we are always looking to add more.

We do not describe our therapies as ‘alternative’ as there is no strict dividing line between the therapies we offer and those provided by conventional medicine.

Complementary therapies can and often do work effectively alongside orthodox treatments.

Many hospitals in the UK now actively refer patients suffering from conditions as diverse as IBS, ME, cancer and back pain. Increasingly GP surgeries are also introducing therapies such as acupuncture albeit on a limited basis.

If you would like advice on choosing the most appropriate therapy, please contact our center manager to arrange an assessment and provide information on the different therapies. There is no charge for this assessment.

Our therapy and treatment rooms are also available to hire out to anyone wishing to practice their therapies from the center.

We also hire out our workshop rooms to groups or for anyone looking to run a class or course
