My name is Samantha Yap and I own and manage my own private practice in Prosperous, Kildare.  I also have offices in Leixlip in Kildare.  I am highly skilled and experienced psychotherapist and a fully 

accredited member of The Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP).  Prior to moving into private practice, I held the position of psychotherapist and clinical assessor with Pieta House.  My experience in this role provides me with a competence in working with many varied, difficult and complex issues with both adult and adolescent clients. 

I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and respectful space for each and every client.  I believe that finding a therapist that is the right fit for you is vitally important to the success of your therapy, So I am more than happy to meet with you free of charge for a 30 minute session to help you decide.  This allows you to meet me, we can discuss your needs and I can answer any questions you may have about therapy.
