Hi, my name is Veronica Evans

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Weight Management Specialist providing 1-2-1 sessions and group sessions in both exercise and nutrition.  I have qualifications in Nutritional Therapy, Obesity & Diabetes, Exercise to Music, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Reflexology.  I am REPS level 4 qualified specialising in Obesity & Diabetes and GP Referral certified.

I specialise in eating disorders such as speed dieting, bulimia nervosa, binge eating and EDNOS.

I have worked in the fitness industry for 30 years now both managing group exercise studios and teaching exercise to music including aerobics, conditioning classes, zumba and dance classes.  Zumba and dance classes are currently held in Knaphill and New Haw.m

The services I offer are weight management, nutritional therapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, EMDR and reflexology.  Sessions are available at The Beauty Lounge in Byfleet on a Sunday and Monday.   Also at Synergy81, Barwell Business Park, Chessington, Surrey on a Friday.

Reflexology for general healing and relaxation also sessions are available to help boost fertility.  

Plus a unique combination of reflexology with white light healing.

An initial consultation (not needed for reflexology) is £30 which is refunded if you attend a second session.

Weight Management Courses are for 12 weeks which includes nutritional guidance and a tailor made exercise plan to suit individual needs.  Height, weight and body measurements will be taken at the beginning of the course and compared throughout.  Blood pressure will also be taken.
