In 1994, I decided, along with a group of my friends, and on the basis of our professional experience going back many years, to found a clinic that would be friendly to its patients. So, from the very beginning, we have paid particular attention to quality of care and our reliability towards patients. Over what is now more than twenty years of managing my private dental clinic, I have never been the subject of claims from my patients, and no claims as regards my activities have ever been filed. New patients have come to my office in one way only, through the recommendations of other patients. We have sought to create - and have created - a policy of care at our Clinic. Most (65%) of our new patients come to us through the recommendations of regulars, and a substantial proportion of these go on to become loyal patients over many years themselves.
